Rumours of a premium service for Battlefield 3 has been making the rounds for a while and Battlefieldo now reports that multiple sources are saying the service will launch on June 4 (same day as EA's E3 press conference coincidentally), and that the service will include all upcoming DLC packs, as well as new camouflage and exclusive in-game items.
