IGF Finalists named ahead of GDC award show

This War of Mine, The Talos Principle and Invisible Inc. among grand prize finalists.

The Independent Games Festival (IGF) is the most prestigious indie competition celebrating its 17th year in existence in 2015.

In addition to the Seumas McNally Grand Prize (winner banking $30,000) there are several other categories as you can see below. Among the grand prize finalists are 11 bit studios' This War of Mine, Croteam's The Talos Principle, and Klei Entertainment's Invisible Inc. and as a matter of fact all the six finalists are also nominated in other categories.

Past winners of the Seumas McNally grand prize include Monaco: What's Yours Is Mine, Minecraft, Fez, Crayon Physics Deluxe, and Papers, Please. Each categories is judged by experts in the respective fields.

The winners will be announced on March 4, at the Independent Games Festival award show in San Francisco during GDC.
