Nyko solves PS4's harddrive storage issues with a Data Bank

Data Bank allows the use of 3.5" hard-drives as internal storage.

PS4's internal storage hard-drive is 500GB, which should be enough for most gamers. But if you capture a lot of videos for example, then you might run into trouble or, indeed, you might if you have a ton of games. External storage does not allow for installation of games, while the internal hard-drive is restricted to 2.5" thickness. During this week's Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Nyko revealed their solution to the problem.

Data Bank is an replacement part, which replaces the original 2.5" hard-drive and a portion of the top of the console. This allows the installation of 3.5" hard-drives, which are cheaper and allow for much more storage. And the design seems to fit well with the PS4's minimalistic design, which certainly makes it a more appealing package.
