Black Tusk Studios are, according to Xbox chief Phil Spencer, making "massive progress" on the Xbox One-exclusive Gears of War game. The tweet from Spencer says: "Great day yesterday with @blacktuskstudio and @GearsViking , always inspiring. Team is making massive progress."
Later, in the same conversation thread, Spencer answered one fan's question on how it was looking by saying: "As happens on any plat longer teams have w/ HW the better they get at using n better the tools get."
Microsoft acquired the Gears franchise earlier this year, and there's high expectations at the company, with the next game needing to "reignite" the series. We can't wait to see more in 2015.
