Shovel Knight has sold over 300,000 copies

The critically acclaimed indie platformer Shovel Knight - perhaps best known for having the original Mega Man composer making the catchy tunes in the game - seems to have sold really well. Yacht Club Games tweets that it has passed 300,000 sold units (all formats) world wide, and there's probably more to come thanks to word of mouth and the fact that it was released in Europe for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS only one month ago.
