Ubisoft's Serkan Hasan doesn't think there will be any major issues with the launch of the publisher's next big game, The Crew.

Hasan, the racing MMOs lead game designer, told The Metropolist that he has "confidence in the stability of the game and its performance," before stating that the team "have what it takes to make [this] a successful launch."

"For The Crew," he said, "we've reaped the benefits of a long term beta program, designed specifically to push our infrastructure as far as possible in real world situations, with thousands of players from all over the world playing the game at the same time."

He then added: "If you had any doubts that we could pull this off, I hope that the betas proved our credentials and the game's stability."

During the same interview Hasan reiterated what Ubisoft told us regarding performance, that the game will run at 30fps and at 1080p on Xbox One and PS4.

Of course all eyes will be on Ubisoft following the troubled launch of Assassin's Creed: Unity. With The Crew releasing on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Xbox 360 on December 2, we don't have long to wait before we see what shape it ships in.
