Nintendo has announced that virtual console title Tetris for Game Boy, as well as the new Tetris for Nintendo 3DS (released in 2011), will be removed from the eShop on December 31, 2014. Those who've bought the games already can still download them for free, but those who don't own them will need to hurry up and invest before the end of the year.
