Derp Trolling, the hacker group who claimed to be responsible for a DDoS attack on Blizzard's servers and disturbed the launch-weekend of World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor, now revealed, that they have stolen a great number of login data - from PSN, 2K and Windows Live.
CNET states, that a small portion was published online to prove their success and as a warning. Derp Trolling wants to force companies to upgrade their servers and make them more secure. They published some data to put more pressure on them. The group is supposed to have around 7 million usernames and passwords - including 800,000 from 2K, 2 million Comcast accounts, 620,000 Twitter accounts, 200,000 Windows Live accounts, 3 million Facebook and 1.7 million EA Origin accounts.
We tried some of the logins, but none of the worked. So maybe the companies already took action or something like that. It is also possible, that this is just fake or an attempt to get some attention. Hopefully there is an official statement from one of the companies soon. In the meantime you may want to change your passwords (it's always a good idea anyway) - just to be sure.
