Far Cry 4 map editor doesn't support multiplayer

Challenge maps only, Ubisoft will try to add in PvP support later.

Far Cry 4's map editor will not be able to make multiplayer maps for the game's new competitive online mode, it has been confirmed.

The news prompted a furious reaction from fans hoping to make their own multiplayer maps, as the only option at launch will be making challenge maps.

Game director Alex Hutchinson then explained on Twitter that decision to leave out the multiplayer feature was down to budget and prioritising. "We're going to keep supporting the game so hopefully we can get it done post release. No promises but we will try," he said.
