Nintendo has some special features planned for all of those who plan to buy The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D for the New Nintendo 3DS. This was confirmed in an interview with the producer Eiji Aonuma in Famitsu. Aonuma didn't want to explain this any further yet though, and said that we're going to have to wait for more information.
