According to Computer and Video Games, THQ have told investors that they will be showing the MMO based on Warhammer 40,000 at E3 this year. The game is in development at their Austin studio, the same studio that made Darksiders. THQ boss Brian Farrell called the game the "highest ranking revenue opportunity for us" and told investors to come by and see when they unveil the game at E3 later this year.
Farrell also said that "one of the big wins there is when you are successful with those properties, you have a long life on both revenues and cash flow, that's not just one year or two years it can go, five, six, seven years. So that's probably the biggest opportunity."
Some people at the office (me) can no longer sit still and will put themselves into a cryonic sleep until June 15, when E3 kicks off in Los Angeles. See you guys then!
