Analysts at Cowen And Company seem to think the future for the Call of Duty series isn't as rosy as Activision would like to think it is. In a recent analysis they predict that Advanced Warfare will sell 40 per cent less than last year's Ghosts and a whopping 70 per cent less than Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 from 2012. This according to Gamesindustry.biz.

Even though our impressions of the upcoming Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare is rather positive, it seems the future of future warfare is looking bleak. With recent competition from excellent games like Titanfall and Destiny it is no surprise if we end up seeing weaker sales numbers on a franchise in the same category.
