Golden Joystick 2014: And the winners are...

The annual British game awards took place last Friday in London.

The 32nd Annual Golden Joystick Awards took place in London's O2 Arena on last Friday. Dark Souls II won the coveted Game of the Year award, while four other games managed to walk away with two trophies of their own. Big winners were Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, Assassin's Creed 4, DayZ and The Last of Us.

The creator Metal Gear franchise Hideo Kojima was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award and Gaming Personality of the Year went to Youtuber PewDiePie.
