During recent years, the month of December has been one of the better periods for new announcements of major titles, with the likes of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and Halo: Reach.

This trend is thanks to the Video Game Awards on Spike TV, the closest thing (but still so far, far away) we have to the Academy Awards in our industry, and a lot of companies wants to announce their games on TV in front of a big audience.

But due to its declining popularity, it wasn't certain that there would be a Video Game Awards this year, at least not with the same setup as last year - when they also tried to change it up a bit. But producer and co-host Geoff Keighley is now teases the following on Twitter: Games Will Rise. 12/5/14

That does indeed makes it sound like there will be a Video Game Awards this year, early in December. If that proves to be the case, what games do you want to see? Fallout 4, God of War 4, Crysis 4 or something else?

Is it finally time for Bethesda to announce Fallout 4?
