Team 17 to publish Beyond Eyes
Team17 has just announced a deal with Netherlands-based indie devs tiger & squid to bring Beyond Eyes to consoles and PC next year. It's a game about a blind girl called Rae, who "uses her remaining senses to visualise the world around her."
"Rae isn't like most other girls. She lost her eyesight in an accident and the experience left her traumatized. Fearing loud noises and public places, she hardly ever leaves her house. However, all that changes when her feline companion Nani unfortunately goes missing. You must now guide Rae on her moving journey to be reunited with Nani and guard her from the dangers she may encounter along the way."
Beyond Eyes follows indie titles such as The Escapists and Light in signing up with Team 17, the studio most commonly associated with their ongoing franchise, Worms.
