Activision has announced the sales phenomenon that is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 has reached sales of more than $1 billion. Already in its first five days the juggernaut registered sales of $550 million beating all other entertainment launches. According to Activision only a handful of entertainment products have brought in revenue in excess of $1 billion. Impressive.
