bitComposer's Shadows: Heretic kingdoms has received an official release date, with the game set to appear on November 13.
The game is already available through Steam Early Access, and current players have just received a major content update which features a crafting system, a new playable character in the form of Evia, the Daughter of Fire, and an improved skill system.
The game will be the first of two "books" which continue the Heretic Kingdoms saga. The story takes place a few years after the events of Kult: Heretic Kingdoms and has players experience unexpected plot twists as they weave their way through a dark fantasy world filed with conspiracy and turmoil. Devouring the souls of your enemies and wandering between the normal world and the shadow world are just some of the things on offer in the game. The second half of the "book", entitled Age of Demons, is set to release in February 2015.
