In a post on the PS Blog it was today confirmed that Journey and The Unfinished Swan are making their way to Sony's new-gen console, PlayStation 4.
Thatgamecompany's Jenova Chen confirmed that Tricky Pixels will be handling the port of Journey, which will land on the platform in 1080p. Giant Sparrow's Ian Dallas then added that The Unfinished Swan will also be in 1080p, with development there handled by Armature Studio.
