It's Bastille Day and we've got some French news for you. First of, there is a sale on French games over at Steam, and Ubisoft naturally felt it was a great day to release new assets from Assassin's Creed: Unity. Bandai Namco dropped some big (yet not unexpected) news at Evo 2014 as Tekken 7 was announced.

On the British front, Watch Dogs tops the charts, troubles continue at Homefront: The Revolution devs Crytek UK, console is being considered for Elite: Dangerous (anything else would be stupid), and we learned Team 17 almost lost the rights to Worms in the late 90's.

There was news of the scope of the Destiny beta, and Sega apparently has no plans to bring their classics to the Wii U Virtual Console.

Plenty of interesting content on GRTV as well as we talked to Team Dakota about Project Spark and Conker, Firaxis about Civilization: Beyond Earth, and Capybara Games about Below.

Mike shared his Early Access impressions of Blockstorm, there was a review of MotoGP 14, and we brought you an interview with Kingdom Hearts III co-director Tai Yusue. We also had a chat with the devs of Kickstarter hopeful Insomnia.

We're kind of excited for the Destiny beta later this week.
