Square Enix have opened up the registration for the initial beta test of the PC version of Final Fantasy XIV. The requirements are simple, you need to be 18 years old and know either Japanese, English, French, or German in order to give feedback to the developers (if you can read this you're good).
A Playstation 3 beta is likely to follow at some point, and the PC beta will be expanded after the initial batch of beta testers have given it a try for a while.
