At the top of today's news pile we find the news that Sony first announced the PS Vita 1.65 update just to remove it shortly after it was released, due to some unknown technical issue. Users who had already updated were instructed to take no special action.

Another Kickstarter story got a happy ending as Takedown achieved their goal of getting $200,000 worth of pledges towards a tactical shooter.
We were also given a number of dates to add to our calendars today. First of there is the rumour of Wii U releasing in November, and then both Naval War: Arctic Circle (April 10) and Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet (PC) (April 17) were given dates.
