Kanye West, US hip hop artist and producer, has confirmed in an interview that he's working on a video game as a tribute to his mother. Based on the song "Only One" the game is said to have been in development for six months. West's mother Donda West died of complications following plastic surgery in 2007.
"The idea is, it's my mother going through the gates of heaven and you have to bring her to the highest gates of heaven by holding her to the light," he told WWPR-FM of New York. "We've been working on it for like six months."
No further details are available at this point, but given the success of Kanye's wife Kim Kardashian's mobile title, it's probably a safe bet that mobile is where this is heading.
