Despite dropping 86 per cent of its astounding first week sales, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 managed to stay on top of the British sales chart for a second week as it saw off the challenge from Assassin's Creed II and New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Still Assassin's Creed II managed to beat the mark set by its predecessor by 12 per cent. Left 4 Dead 2 also had a healthy taking sixth place in the all formats chart.
