Nintendo are launching a slightly improved version of Nintendo DSi next month in Japan. It has bigger screens, longer battery time and weighs 100 grams less.
The battery lasts 15 per cent longer than today, and three pieces of software will come pre-installed in the device. Two Brain Training titles and a dictionary. The unit will be sold with two stylus pens, one larger than usual. Presumably the new Nintendo DSi LL (will be called XL in Europe) is aimed at an older demographic. The Nintendo DSi XL will launch next year in Europe.
