"At least the graphics is something to cheer about. The style is cartoony and dynamic, which gives Sonic Chronicles something a little extra. And while the story won't be listed among the most memorable or exciting, the art style makes the cut scenes enjoyable."

Excerpt:
"Sonic has to fight to make a name for himself in the RPG genre, and he does just that. He has been redeemed and ads himself to the list of good handheld games."

Excerpt: "Among all the beautiful hand drawn maps and amusing Sonic trivia there are simply too many flaws to leave me satisfied. Bioware has obviously aimed to please a younger audience first, and the older Sonic fans second."
