Activision has closed down Shaba Games (61 employees) who most recently were responsible for Spider-Man: Web of Shadows (PS3 and Xbox 360). Shaba Games were founded in 1997 and their other work includes Grind Session, Razor Freestyle Scooter, Mat Hoffman's Pro BMX, Wakeboarding Unleashed and Shrek Super Slam.
