Summer looks like it just got a little bit darker. The grim fantasy universe of Lords of the Fallen 2 could very well be arriving this August, following a post from a game designer appearing to leak a pretty firm release window for the upcoming action RPG.
Spotted over on Reddit (via Wccftech), game designer Dan Regan included his work on Lords of the Fallen 2 as part of his portfolio, where he stated that the game's release window is August 2026. He has since changed his portfolio to remove this window, but keen-eyed fans managed to spot it in time and it has since spread online as the speculative release window for the game.
August does seem like it'd be a nice spot for Lords of the Fallen 2. Everyone seems to be steering clear of November right now for big game releases, and that means the prior months of September and October are likely going to be incredibly busy. So, if the game's ready to drop towards the latter half of summer, it seems like a good a time as any to release it. We'll probably hear more official word closer to summer itself, perhaps at a Keighley show or some similar showcase. Keep your eyes peeled.
