Double bombshell in the world of MMA: it has been revealed not only the return of Ilia Topuria to UFC after his voluntary leave due to personal (and domestic) incidents, but that his next fight will headline the UFC event at the White House, literally in front of Donald Trump, the day the US president turns 80.

UFC CEO Dana White announced it during the UFC 326 event last night in Las Vegas on Saturday, headlined by the fight between Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira, in which the Brazilian defeated the American by unanimous decision.

The full card for the event, called UFC Freedom 250, during the celebrations of the 250 anniversary of independence of the United States, was also revealed. Trump wanted to attract the biggest names in the sport, like Conor McGregor or Jon Jones, but in the end it will be the American mixed martial artist Gaethje, who won the interim lightweight title against Paddy Pimblett in January, facing the Spanish-Georgian champion on June 14, in the White House, the day of Trump's birthday.
