Los Angeles Lakers are enjoying a fantastic start of the season, with 13 victories and 4 defeats, only behind champions Oklahoma City Thunder in the West Conference (who have won 17 games and only lost one). And Luka Doncic is living up to the expectations, leading the team to victory after victory and breaking scoring records almost every match.

On Sunday, in a 108-196 victory over Utah Jazz were Doncic scored 33 points, 11 rebounds and 8 assists, the Slovenian became the first player in NBA history to score 400 points and 100 assists in the first 12 matches of the season.

Two days later, in a more commanding 135-118 victory over Los Angeles Clippers, Doncic scored 43 points and surpassed Magic Johnson as the no. 10 player to have most 40-point games in Los Angeles Lakers history. He has had seven games with at least 40 points in only 45 games with Lakers, while Johnson only had six matches with over 40 points in 1,096 games for Lakers.
