Sega of Japan have opened up a teaser site from an upcoming new RPG (judging from the url anyway). A couple of character silhouettes and the text "Coming Soon 2009.08.20" along with a moving thing of some kind is all there is at this point. The silhouettes bear some resemblance to characters in the Phantasy Star series and news of a Phantasy Star Portable 2 have leaked so that may be what the announcement is about.
