French publisher Ubisoft have pushed to of their biggest fourth quarter releases Red Steel 2 and Splinter Cell: Conviction into Q1 2010. They have also pushed the releases of Ghost Recon 4 and I Am Alive into the next financial year (April 2010-March 2011).
The latest financial report (April 2009-June 2009) showed a significant slowdown in sales compared to last year (down 50 per cent). Lower sales from back catalogue titles and Nintendo DS titles are mentioned as the key reasons for this.
