Yesterday we showed you some new screens from pirate RPG Risen 2: Dark Waters. Turns out that they were pre-empting the announcement that all gamers who pre-order the game before its April 27 release date will receive the Treasure Isle DLC for free.
The additional content will see the hero sent to an unknown island; offering new environments to explore, puzzles to solve and loot to plunder (there's also a ‘legendary item' that gives a permanent stat boost).
The plot centres on Harlok, a cook on Steelbeard's ship Elenor, who has clues that could help him find some stolen treasure. It's up to the player to help Harlok find the booty.
If not pre-ordered, the content will retail for £8.00 (or 800 MS Points).
