New 1000 AD web browser game
New 1000 AD is free multiplayer turn-based strategy web browser title from Mitorah Games and Jack Jones. It is a text-based game that tasks gamers with building a medieval empire from the ground up.
Players will seek out resources and battle it out with other players online, and with 10 civilisations to choose from, there should be plenty of depth to proceedings.
The game starts out with an initial "protection period" that will allow time for defenses to be built and an infrastructure to be put in place. After that it's game on, with players encouraged to wage war against each other, to take land from opponents, and steal resources and research.
The game has short seasons, at the end of each a winner is declared and it all starts again.
