Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2 announced and dated

The little yellow fella gets another game, revealed on his birthday.

Bandai Namco has just announced Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2 for Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and Nintendo 3DS, with the latest entry in the enduring series set the land this October (the first game was only launched in March of this year, so that's quite a turnaround).

The announcement comes on Pac-Man's 34th birthday, succinctly demonstrating the icon character's staying power. You can see some new screens for the sequel below.
