A few new details have been revealed surrounding Arena of Fate, the newly announced game from Crytek (Crysis 3, Warface), and on top of that, you can now also sign up for the beta.

The game stars a variety of famous characters, historical and fictitious, including Robin Hood, Joan of Arc, Little Red Riding Hood, Tesla and Fenrir (they're the ones listed so far).

Players then get stuck into 5v5 match ups (Moba anyone?) in the titular arena: "With multiple ways to chalk up points across the battlefield, you and your friends will find yourselves in engrossing battles where every second counts, and everyone has a part to play in claiming victory."

There's still nothing concrete on how it's all going to play out, but at least we've got a few more details and, for fans on the Moba genre (if that's what this is), you can throw your name in the mix for a chance to try the beta.
