Splash Damage has changed the name of their online multiplayer shooter, with Extraction now (once again) called Dirty Bomb. At the same time the studio (along with their publisher Nexon) has called for applications from people interested in taking part in the closed beta.
The shooter, which is free-to-play (and according to the press release "free-to-win"), puts players in control of mercenaries each with different personalities/styles, talents and weapons, and asks them to blend together to make specialised squads.
Developers Splash Damage, who made Brink and the multiplayer component of Batman: Arkham Origins, have set the game in post-nuclear London in 2020. For more information or to sign up, headthis way.
