We got all the details on Metro Redux yesterday, when Deep Silver confirmed that the HD update of 4A Games' atmospheric post-apocalyptic shooter would be hitting 60fps on PC, Xbox One and PS4, along with all the DLC and a tempting price point (they'll be available separately as digital downloads for $24.99 / €19.99 / £15.99, or as a boxed retail edition for $49.99 / €39.99 / £34.99).

The price gets even cheaper for PC gamers if they've already got at least one copy tied to their Steam account. Deep Silver's Huw Beyon confirmed as much on Twitter: "If you own either game on steam, you get 50% off the Redux version."

Beyon also suggested the likely resolutions for the game on the different platforms, with PS4 (1080p) once again set to outmuscle Xbox One ("still tweaking XB, likely 900p"), and PC reigning supreme over both ("4k on PC. If you have the rig to handle it").
