Not looking good for Fallout 4 reveal at E3

We're not going to hear about it "for a long time".

If, like us, you held secret hopes of Bethesda revealing Fallout 4 at this year's E3, you should probably uncross your fingers, as it's looking very unlikely that an announcement will be made next month.

Responding to one fan on Twitter, Bethesda's Pete Hines dismissed the notion that a Fallout 4 reveal would happen during E3 next month: "1) I don't reallly pre-announce our announcements. 2) BGS will not be talking about its next game for a long time."

This follows similar comments made by Todd Howard, who recently said: "We're working on something, have been for a while, and it's going to be a little while before we talk about it. We want to surprise everybody and make that moment where we talk about it special for everybody."

So, it looks like those hoping for news on the anticipated RPG sequel will have to wait a little longer (and of course, we're making the assumption that that's what they're working on, they could be making an entirely new game after all).
