Final Fantasy III, originally released in Japan on Famicom (NES) back in 1990, is coming soon to Steam. The classic 8-bit JRPG has been released in a remade fashion on Nintendo DS and has seen mobile releases as well in recent years, but for longtime fans of the series its arrival on Steam is very welcome.
This new version of the game will feature improved 3D visuals and cutscenes as well as Steam Trading Cards and Achievements and new visual designs for the Job Mastery Cards.

No date has been set for the Steam release, but "soon" is the word that's being thrown around.
