There's another rumour related to Call of Duty today (here's the first), with this one suggesting that the still unannounced game from Sledgehammer is going to be called Call of Duty: Patriots (the report suggests that Blacksmith is merely a codename - "Smith Black being one of the main characters") and set during World War I as part of a three-part series.

The rumour was picked up by bubblews.com, who has suggested that the next Call of Duty title will be next-gen only (Xbox One, PS4 and PC), and set in an alternate reality. The report also makes mention of online-only campaign co-op, a six hour campaign with two sub-campaigns (whatever that means), and a release date of November 14. Now, where's that pinch of salt...

The first picture that's emerged for the next Call of Duty certainly doesn't indicate anything WWI themed.
