Guerrilla Games are advertising for their new, currently unannounced IP, and the advert is calling for someone with experience of shipping games with an "online focus", as well as experience with "micro-transactions and/or nontraditional recurring revenue models".
The job post asks for a variety of telling skills, and wants candidates to have worked on titles who have developed games with "micro-transactions and/or nontraditional recurring revenue models."
Candidates must also have "developed or supported online gaming communities or titles with a large ‘social' focus," and have a proven track record of shipping titles with "significant online focus" as well as "systems design experience; game modes, player progression, balancing, leveling, end game design, etc."
What they're working on remains shrouded in mystery, but with E3 just around the corner, perhaps we'll be able to get answers sooner rather than later.
