Kim Swift and Clint Hocking have, according to reports, signed for Amazon Game Studios. The news comes just hours after the online retailer revealed Fire TV, their new set-top box that's to compete with the likes of Ouya in the Android console market.
In the report by Kotaku, Portal designer Kim Swift and Far Cry 2 designer Clint Hocking, have both been snapped up by Amazon's internal game development studio. What they'll be working on remains to be seen, but these two latest hires add further credibility to Amazon's push into the console space.
