Back in 2006 when Rogue Warrior was first announced Zombie Studios was the developer, but as the game resurfaces after two years of silence it is Rebellion handling the development. While the switch of developers is unsurprising considering the long period of silence (I honestly thought it had been cancelled altogether), it was also announced that Mickey Rourke will be doing the voice acting for the main character Richard "Demo Dick" Marcinko.

Here is a short excerpt about what the game is all about:

"Rogue Warrior was inspired by Marcinko's New York Times bestseller of the same name and his subsequent novels based loosely on his own past military experiences. Playing as "Demo Dick" Marcinko, you are sent on a clandestine operation to disrupt a suspected North Korean ballistic missile program. Soon into the mission, you uncover a conspiracy and must covertly enter the USSR to destroy a technology that could change the balance of geopolitical power, leaving a trail of destruction in your wake."
