At times Microsoft's "Games with Gold" initiative has been less than stellar offering somewhat old and mediocre entertainment, but this month is pretty decent as Hitman: Absolution (April 1-16) and Deadlight (April 16-30) are the free offerings. All you need to do is to make sure you have a paid Xbox Live gold account and download the games and they're yours forever.
