Sega's and The Creative Assembly's Alien: Isolation is due out on October 7, and Deep Silver announced Metro Redux following some rumours, but saved the details for E3. Swedish indie outfit Might & Delight announced Shelter 2 - this time going for lynx instead of badgers.

Phil Spencer, former head of Microsoft Game Studios, is the new head of Xbox. In chart news Infamous: Second Son spent a second week at the top of the British charts, just ahead of Metal Gear and Titanfall.

Rumours are making the rounds that missing in action Move horror title Until Dawn is now coming to PS4 and Project Morpheus. Fingers crossed they've cut out the creepy (in all the wrong ways) unzipping mini-game. Valve's VR architect Michael Abrash has joined Oculus VR saying he feels the Facebook acquisition was the missing piece of the VR puzzle.

CompLexity (US) is the best Call of Duty team in the world, and we also had a chat on GRTV with compLexity's Crimsix in the middle of the competition.

We also had a long chat with Relic Entertainment about adding the Western Front to Company of Heroes 2. GRTV gave us a thorough look at the games in April to keep an eye on.
