Square Enix recently registered two new trademarks - Triple Triad and Mechanical Apartheid. The first one is rumoured to be related to a card game in Final Fantasy VIII, while Mechanical Apartheid is assumed to be the under title to the upcoming Deus Ex sequel.
The use of Apartheid in this context is probably going to stir up some controversy, seeing as it was the name of the systemised racial segregation in South Africa.
As always there's no official word about this new movements, but we expect a formal announcement of the next Deus Ex in the not too distant future.
