Race the Sun, the futuristic endless runner from Flippfly, is heading to PS3, PS4 and PS Vita, it was announced today.
One of the game's creators, Forest San Filippo, wrote a lengthy post on the PlayStation blog earlier today, where he said: "Our top priority in bringing the game to Playstation is to keep that experience consistent and pure. To that end, we've decided to support cross save and make the game a cross buy purchase. Everything is falling into place for Race the Sun, and we're pumped to launch on PS3, PS4, and PS Vita this Summer."
We've played the PC version of the game quite a bit, and you can read our first impressions of the game if you'd like to know more. But, with the game's sleek futuristic visuals, the refreshing daily challenges and the competitive leaderboards, it's likely to do well on Sony's platforms (where they're hoping to get 60 fps on all three - "We're making fantastic progress towards that goal on Vita already").
