By the looks of it Trion Worlds has cancelled End of Nations. The sci-fi themed MOBA's website has been pulled down, and there's no trace of the game on Trion's own site.
Originally an MMORTS, after a tricky development period that saw development shifted from Petroglyph Games to Trion Worlds, End of Nations was refashioned into a MOBA title. Even that shift doesn't seem to have been enough to stop development on the game from being halted. It was suggested on November that the game's future was in limbo, but now it seems as though there's little chance that the title will ever see the light of day.
"As we informed EON's community last fall, internal development on End of Nations was put on hold in late 2013 while we evaluated potential paths forward for the title," said a statement sent to Videogamer. "We're currently focusing the company's energy and creativity on Rift, Defiance, Trove, ArcheAge, and some new projects that we will be revealing soon."
