YouTuber TWiiNSANE did a little digging (his post has since been pulled from the site) and according to a report on VG247 a Captain Price personalisation pack is going to be released on February 18, including a Price player skin, weapon camo, reticle, patch, background and playercard.

An image posted on Twitter last night by Infinity Ward has sparked speculation that Modern Warfare character Captain John Price might be about to make an appearance in Call of Duty: Ghosts.
In what capacity the character would appear is anyone's guess, but the attached picture and hashtag ("Price is Coming #CODGhosts") is enough to indicate that something's in the works. Just what that'll be remains to be seen.
