We're off for the weekend, but as a leaving shot we bring you what happened today on the news front, in one quick easy bite.

First of we bring you fresh gameplay footage from Ninja Theory's DMC Devil May where the combat takes centre stage as Dante fights his way through a city hell bent on force feeding him pavement, or something to the same effect.

We're sad to bring you the news that it seems GSC Game World have decided to close shop and cancelled the eagerly awaited S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2. Some conflicting reports have surfaced, but hopefully there will be an official word soon.

Excited about the big UFC fight this weekend? The folks at THQ seem to be, and decided to simulate the main event of Jon Jones versus Lyoto Machida 25 times in UFC Undisputed 3. Who comes out on top? Why, Bones of course.

If you're into Pixar and Kinect (one out of two ain't too bad either) you'll be delighted to hear Disney teaming up with Asobo Studios for Kinect Rush: A Disney Pixar Adventure in March next year. Featuring five popular Pixar franchises, it promises lots of mini game fun(?).

The BBC have announced that the Doctor (Who? Yes, that doctor) is coming to consoles for the first time in Supermassive Games' Dr. Who: The Eternity Clock. Due out early next year on PC, PS Vita and Playstation 3.

Tomorrow brings about the announcement of The Last of Us, a brand new Playstation 3 title, at the Spike TV Video Game Awards. An easter egg found in Uncharted 3 seems to suggest that it may be in development at Naughty Dog, something that has our interest in the title soaring.

Lastly, here's a reminder about today's GRTV X-mas Calendar that offers up a gadget segment and a competition.
